Hotteok, which was one of the snacks my mom used to make a lot in winter when I was young!! I made it because it reminded me of the cold weather. It's a three-set recipe for sweet and delicious basic hotteok, mozzarella cheese hotteok with a lot of cheese, and fried egg hotteok, which is popular in Busan these days. :)

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/26
Prepare 350g of gravity.
STEP 2/26
Mix water and milk. Make the mixture of water and milk to be about 40 degrees Celsius and warm when touched with your hands
(Pour warm water, mix or mix cold milk, and microwave slightly.)
STEP 3/26
Add salt and sugar yeast to the mixture of milk and water.
STEP 4/26
Stir with a spoon to melt.
STEP 5/26
Add salt, yeast, and sugar dissolved water to the flour.
STEP 6/26
Melt the butter in the microwave for 20 to 30 seconds.
STEP 7/26
Mix a little with a spoon, and when the flour clumps up, add melted butter and mix.
STEP 8/26
If you mix it well with a spoon, this sticky dough is completed.
STEP 9/26
Personally, hotteok dough is this sticky? It's more chewy and delicious when it's really thick. :)
STEP 10/26
Cover the finished dough with plastic and leave it in a warm place for 2-3 hours to ferment.
I put it in the oven and let it ferment at 40 degrees for about 2 hours.
(No plastic when put in the oven!!)
STEP 11/26
2 hours later!! It's all fermented :)
It swells up twice as much and is fermented, so the dough stretches like thread.
STEP 12/26
Add brown sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon powder, and nuts to make hotteokso.
STEP 13/26
Remove the dough and put a lot of filling inside and mix it so that it doesn't pop.
STEP 14/26
The dough sticks to your hands because it's dry, but if you make it with water on your hands, it doesn't stick to your hands :) You can make it with oil instead of water.
STEP 15/26
Grease the pan with plenty of oil and place in the pan with the recesses down.
STEP 16/26
Put the heat on medium low so that the hotteok doesn't burn, and when the bottom is slightly cooked, turn it upside down and press it down
STEP 17/26
When the bottom is slightly cooked, turn it over and press it down with a spatula to make it flat.
STEP 18/26
If you bake it until it's golden, it's a basic hotteok. :)
STEP 19/26
Basic hotteok is delicious, but there are two ways to eat it more deliciously!!
The first method is to eat a lot of chewy mozzarella cheese.
Put mozzarella cheese in a microwave oven container and melt it completely for 1 minute to 1 minute and 30 seconds.
STEP 20/26
Pour melted cheese over hotteok. :)
Fold it in half and eat it when it's warm, it's really delicious!!
STEP 21/26
For the fried egg hotteok, make two fried eggs!!
STEP 22/26
Cut the edge of the hotteok with scissors, leaving about a quarter of the edge.
If I lift it slightly, it splits in half like the picture :)
STEP 23/26
Place a fried egg in the hotteok.
STEP 24/26
Sprinkle ketchup and mayonnaise on the egg.
STEP 25/26
Put about half a spoon of Parmesan cheese powder and sprinkle parsley powder on it, and you're done with fried egg hotteok :)
STEP 26/26
It's hotteok, but it's a great brunch, right?Haha
It has fried eggs, so you can eat just one.
The soft, soft egg and chewy and sweet hotteok go really well together!! It feels like I'm eating a delicious toast
All you need is fried eggs. If you haven't tried it yet, make sure to try it I strongly recommend it!! :)
* Prepare the nuts that go into the hotteok-so according to your liking (I put in almond slice and chopped walnuts.) * If you're lazy with hotteok dough, you can make it comfortably with hotteok mix :)
