Making Sangria with leftover wine
I remembered Sangria that I enjoyed during my trip to Spain, so I made Sangria with leftover wine and fruits in the refrigerator.

Ingredients
  • red wine
    300ml
  • baking soda
    1spoon
  • apple
    1/2ea
  • Tangerine
    2ea
  • Strawberry
    2ea
  • lemon juice
    6spoon
  • Sprite
    300ml
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Wash fruits thoroughly with baking soda because they must be used with the skin.
STEP 2/9
Dissolve baking soda in water and soak the fruit for 5 minutes.
STEP 3/9
Oranges, lemons, and apples should be the basic ingredients...
Let's pass on the fruits that we don't have
STEP 4/9
Cut apples, tangerines, and strawberries to your liking.
STEP 5/9
Put the cut fruit in the sterilized glass bottle.
Instead of the fresh lemon, I added lemon syrup and pickled lemon together.
STEP 6/9
Pour the red wine into the bottle.
It tastes better if you put in a sweet wine that is cheap and cost-effective rather than a heavy wine.
STEP 7/9
Lastly, add Sprite.
STEP 8/9
Super simple Sangria making is complete.
STEP 9/9
You can eat it in 2 hours
It tastes better if you let it age in the refrigerator for a day.
