STEP 1/10
First, cut green onions and chop them to make green onion oil from the frying pan.
STEP 2/10
In the meantime, chop tofu (a little less than half-mo) with the back of a knife.
STEP 3/10
When green onion oil is enough, add chopped tofu and mix.
(Stir-fry tofu until it's dry and curly.)
STEP 4/10
If the tofu feels rough, put the tofu on one side and beat the eggs.
(Please use scrambled eggs.)
STEP 5/10
Put tofu & eggs on one side and pour a proper amount of soy sauce. I think I poured about 3 spoons.
(And mix it as if you're wiping the soy sauce with an egg.)
STEP 6/10
Now, stir-fry it to the extent that you think it's.
STEP 7/10
Add rice! (In the picture, it's 2 instant rice)
STEP 8/10
. Mix it! Mix it!!
(Add a moderate amount of salt. I put in about 5 skewers.)
STEP 9/10
If it's mixed well and the rice is fried properly, pour sesame oil as much as you like, mix it, and close the lid.
(So that the sesame oil can gently soak into the rice!)
STEP 10/10
Now you can move it to a bowl and eat it.
(Seaweed is my taste, but it tastes better if you eat it together.)
It's done.
Egg fried rice itself is good, but tofu
It's more protein and nutritious
It was a satisfying meal.
I just put tofu in the egg fried rice
It can be a unique and fun dish^^
