  • a sun-dried salt
    1T
  • Vinegar
  • Wasabi
  • Soy sauce
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Melt 1T of sea salt
STEP 2/8
Add frozen tuna and defrost for about 5 minutes
STEP 3/8
Take it out and remove the water
STEP 4/8
Wrap it in a dry towel and let it ripen in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to an hour
