Shred onion and green pepper.

Slice garlic and mushrooms.

Cut bacon into 1cm thick pieces.

Grease a pan with olive oil and stir-fry trimmed vegetables except bell peppers.

Stir-fry salt and pepper and season to cool.

Pizza dough > pizza sauce > pizza cheese > fried vegetables > bell pepper > shrimp > mozzarella cheese on top.

Fold the pizza dough in half and press the edge by hand, or press it with a fork to open the end.

Bake for 20 minutes in a 200 degree preheated oven.

[Burata Cheese Salad]
Fry each with dumpling skin > sliced garlic in oil preheated to 170 degrees.

Add dressing ingredients other than olive oil and mix with olive oil.

Put burrata cheese, garlic chips, dried fruits, and baby vegetables on top of the dumpling skin, and sprinkle dressing to complete it.
