Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Cut lotus roots into thin slices and soak them in water to remove starch.
STEP 2/4
Drain the kitchen towel, sprinkle a little salt, and insert it into the chopsticks.

Heat it in the microwave for 5 minutes, turn it upside down for 5 minutes.
