It's vegan and it's baking using rice powder
It's a very fragrant and delicious Sabre cookie.
It's a recipe that I really recommend as a gift, too. :)

almond powder

Sugar powder

canola oil

Soymilk
20g
Water
20g
black tea

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Cut the earl grey tea bag and boil it in hot water.
STEP 2/7
Pick up the flour, sugar powder, almond powder, and salt and mix them into the trough.
STEP 3/7
Add canola oil to the powder and mix to soak.
STEP 4/7
Add soy milk and knead it simply.
STEP 5/7
Add all the Earl Grey tea that you made and lump it together.
STEP 6/7
Shape and harden in the freezer for more than 3 hours.
STEP 7/7
Put sugar on the surface and cut it at intervals of 1cm and bake it for 10 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius, turning the cookie upside down for another 5 minutes.
It doesn't matter if you use almond breeze instead of soy milk.
However, make sure to use strong rice powder :D
