Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Wash the chicken clean.
STEP 2/8
Add 1 spoon of basil, 2 tablespoons of minced garlic, 3 tablespoons of butter, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of pepper and mix. (It's convenient if it's melted at room temperature.)
STEP 3/8
Spread this mixed sauce on the chicken. Apply thoroughly in between and put it on the inside of the skin with your hands! (Gloves required)
STEP 4/8
Add 1/4 onions into chicken torso. And cover the poop hole(?) with half a lemon. (Squeeze the juice from the outside and block the lemon!)
STEP 5/8
Bake for 10 minutes in a 210 degree preheated oven.
STEP 6/8
Cover with bacon on top of 10 minutes hot roast chicken. Also, cut the potatoes into large pieces and place them on the side. I also put spam and paprika next to me
STEP 7/8
Roll 170 degrees for an hour and 20 minutes. (It may vary depending on the size of the chicken, so I'm still 1kg.)
STEP 8/8

It's as delicious as it's grilled at low temperatures. They say the scent is so nice. Adjust the temperature according to the size of the chicken!
