Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Cut the bottom of 10 shiitake mushrooms and divide them into 4 pieces
STEP 2/7
Mix 1T perilla oil and 1T flavored soy sauce evenly, add all shiitake mushrooms, and season evenly

Put 1T of frying powder in a disposable bag, add mushrooms, shake evenly to coat with frying clothes

Put 100ml of cooking oil in a heated pan, add mushrooms, and stir-fry them as if frying
