STEP 1/6
These are vegetables that I made. First, boil bean sprouts, salt, sesame oil, a little bit of minced garlic, and that's it. Second, bean sprouts. Boil it just like bean sprouts, wash it in cold water, drain it, and then you're done with minced garlic, chopped green onion, sesame oil, and salt!! The third spinach is also blanched in salt water, washed in cold water, and mixed with salt, sesame oil, minced garlic. Fourth, cut zucchini in half, make it half-moon shape, put sesame oil on the pan, stir-fry zucchini once, and stir-fry minced garlic, salted shrimp, and red pepper. That's it!! Fifth, radish greens. After chopping radish greens, stir-fry them with the same seasoning as pumpkin greens. Salted shrimp, minced garlic, sesame oil, and green onion!! The end!!!
STEP 3/6
Cover with bean sprouts, bean sprouts, spinach sprouts, radish sprouts, pumpkin sprouts, and fried almond anchovies one by one.
STEP 6/6
If you put sesame oil and sesame seeds and sprinkle seaweed powder, the pollack roe and vegetable bibimbap using vegetables is completed. I think it's bibimbap when there's red pepper paste!! If you do, you can add a little bit of red pepper paste and serve it. In fact, vegetables are seasoned, especially salted pollack roe, so you don't need red pepper paste. Dried seaweed flakes also have seasoning.
