Before introducing how to steam scallops, first, I introduce how to prepare scallops.

Shellfish don't have to be removed.
You should brush your teeth with a toothbrush or a weak brush and only brush your scallops until the next day.
As shown in the picture, you can see that the shell of the red scallop has become clean after rubbing it well with a strong sponge and iron brush.

Lastly, how to store scallops
Separate the kernel of this ripe scallop.
Put scallops in a sealed side dish container that can be frozen.
Cool the stock that steamed the ribs enough to cover the scallops.
If you keep the scallops frozen in this state, you can cook scallops all four seasons.
