STEP 1/13
Place two eggs in a frying pan and pop the yolk.
STEP 2/13
Cool the egg for two to three minutes so that it is not hot even if you touch it with your hands, and cut it long.
STEP 3/13
Cut the crab meat in half lengthwise,
Cut carrots into long pieces, similar to crab meat.
STEP 4/13
Grease the carrots and stir-fry them until the yellow color is slightly faded. It is also eaten raw, so it is okay if it is not fully cooked.
STEP 5/13
Cut the ham into pieces that are similar to the crab meat and stir-fry it once.
STEP 6/13
If the ingredients are ready, place them on a plate for ease of use. To minimize the process, I bought pickled radish and burdock separately at the mart.
STEP 7/13
When the ingredients are ready, put 1t of salt, 1t of sesame oil, and 1t of sesame seeds into 2.5 bowls of rice and mix them with rice.
STEP 8/13
Spread the rice well on the seaweed for gimbap.
Be careful not to lump the rice in one place or make a hole, and spread it evenly.
STEP 9/13
If you spread out the rice, add the ingredients one by one.
I connected the long one with 1 line and the short one with 2 lines.
STEP 10/13
Put strength on the tip of your finger and roll it so that the tip of the kimbap can go inwards.
STEP 11/13
If the end of the gimbap doesn't stick well, press a few rice grains and stick them together as shown in the picture, and they won't come undone and stick together.
STEP 12/13
Roll the rest of the kimbap as above,
When you cut kimbap, make tiger hands by curling your fingers~
Cut it carefully so that your finger doesn't get into the edge of the blade and get hurt.
STEP 13/13
Put it on a plate and enjoy it ^^
