First, prepare a whole bread.
I baked the bread myself.

Mix 1 tablespoon of Sriracha sauce and 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise to make Sriracha Mayo sauce.

I made one serving each.
I'll break two eggs,

Add 1 tablespoon of condensed milk, 2 tablespoon of milk, 1 pinch of salt, and 3 pinch of sugar to make egg water.

I'll prepare sliced ham, too.
(We made it for one person, but it's a lot because we made it for four people.)

Cut the whole bread into thick pieces and cut it in half again. Cut about 70% of it

Put butter oil in a frying pan

Bake the bread over low heat until golden brown.
STEP 9/14
Scrambled eggs slowly over low heat.
It can't be fully cooked. Just cook it 70 to 80%, and then turn off the heat~
And cook it with residual heat.

Spread the srirachamayo sauce on one side of the bread..

Put condensed milk on one side.
STEP 12/14
Next, put the cheese in between and put the egg scramble on top of it

All you have to do is make the ham overlap each other and put it in a butterfly shape.

Lastly, put some condensed milk and parsley powder on it, and you're done with the egg* ham and cheese toast.
When making scrambled eggs, you should never cook them all, but only 70-80% of them.
