STEP 1/11
I prepared 4g of yeast in the commercial hotteok mix
STEP 2/11
I poured 180ml of warm water (1 cup of paper cup) and stirred it evenly. If you mix 2/3 cups of cold water and 1/3 cups of boiling water, you can adjust the water temperature
STEP 3/11
I put a bag of premix for hotteok and mixed it evenly to make the dough.
STEP 4/11
If you have leftover japchae, you can use it as it is. If not, prepare the ingredients while fermenting the batter, put soy sauce, sugar, cooking oil in the soaked glass noodles, boiled spinach, shredded carrots, and shiitake mushrooms, sprinkled sesame oil and sesame seeds
STEP 5/11
Cut it so that it's easy to put inside the pancake
STEP 6/11
Once it's fermented enough
STEP 7/11
I put on disposable gloves, applied a bit of cooking oil, spread the dough, and put a lot of veggies in it
STEP 8/11
Wrap up the so that it doesn't pop
STEP 9/11
I put a lot of oil on top of the dough and started baking
STEP 10/11
Press down a bit with the hotteok presser to make the shape
STEP 11/11
Japchae hotteok that I used to buy at Namdaemun Market!
