STEP 1/6
Add salt and olive oil to boiling water and boil noodles. The cooking time is different for each noodle, so please check the cooking time marked on the product.~ :-)
If you hold the pasta noodles with your thumb and index finger, the size of a 500 won coin is for one person

Put oil on a heated pan and stir-fry sliced garlic until golden
STEP 3/6
If you're done stir-frying garlic, add beef brisket, salt, pepper, and spicy pepper and stir-fry together.
If you like spicy flavor, please add one or two more spicy peppers. :-)
STEP 4/6
When the meat is cooked to a certain extent, add the cham sauce and stock (chicken stock) and bring to a boil.
Don't worry if you haven't prepared chicken broth! You can use a regular integer :)

Now add the pre-boiled noodles and boil them down.
STEP 6/6
When it's almost boiled down, add chives and mix them well. Transfer them to a bowl and put chopped chives on top
Beef brisket oil pasta goes well with wine.
You can sprinkle Parmesan cheese powder to your liking.
The materials and processes are not complicated,
It is also delicious to make frozen shrimp or canned ham instead of beef brisket. :)
