  • Crunchy red pepper

  • crushed garlic

  • red pepper paste
    1TS
  • Soy sauce
    2TS
  • Sugar
    1/2TS
  • Starch syrup
    1TS
  • Sesame oil
    1/2TS
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Cut three cucumbers and peppers
Mixing the sauce.
STEP 2/6
Cut 200 grams of gwamegi into bite-sized pieces and fry it in an ungreased pan for about 2 minutes to make it taste fishy.
STEP 3/6
Add the sauce and stir-fry it.
STEP 4/6
If you cut the sauce evenly
STEP 5/6
Add sliced peppers and stir-fry, add 1/2 tablespoon of cooking oil and mix to complete.
Chili peppers are delicious because they are crunchy even if they are not cooked.

Put the gwamegi neatly on a plate and put the peppers on top.
