Stir-fry minced garlic in an oiled pan.
You can stir-fry green onions or chives depending on your taste

When the garlic is fried to a certain extent,
Add Vietnamese peppers and freshwater crayfish.

Pour in the haotsu mara sauce.
You can taste mala longsha with mala sauce that makes it taste better^^

When the sauce starts to boil, turn it upside down and cook it evenly!
It is the process of making freshwater crayfish taste better.

Stir-fry lobster until it is cooked red and the water boils down. You have to stir-fry it enough to make it more delicious and spicy!

Put it on a plate,
Pour the remaining sauce on top of it and sprinkle the chives ^^
Freshwater crayfish are not easily available on the market, so I recommend you to buy them online
Also, if you boil freshwater lobster in boiling water with cooking wine for about 5 minutes, it will remove the fishy smell of freshwater lobster, so please refer to it!
