Please prepare the ingredients first.
I bought frozen octopus that has already been trimmed.

Defrost the octopus in water and wash it.

Bring to a boil half the water in a pot.

Trim the vegetables while the water boils.
Cut green onions and cheongyang peppers into 1cm long pieces, not too big.

Cut the onion into 1.5cm thick slices.

Cut cabbage into squares about 3cm wide.

Blanch octopus in boiling water for 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Remove the octopus, drain it, and cut it into bite-sized pieces.

Please make the sauce in a bowl.
Add 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 2 tbsp red pepper powder, 3 tbsp thick soy sauce, and 2 tbsp cooking wine and mix well.

Grease a pan with plenty of cooking oil, add green onions, and make green onion oil over high heat.

When green onion flavor comes up, stir-fry onion and cabbage.

Lower the heat to low and stir-fry with the sauce.

Add octopus and cheongyang pepper and stir-fry.
If you stir-fry octopus for too long, it'll get tough, so let's stir-fry a little bit

Finish with 1 tablespoon sesame oil and sesame seeds.
