Cooking Steps

Add sugar powder to butter and mix well
STEP 2/11
Add egg yolk, matcha liqueur and salt and mix
STEP 3/11
Sift together the flour, almond powder, and matcha powder

Blend until the powder is not visible

Add cranberries and mix well
STEP 6/11
After lumping the dough together, lightly knead it with your hands several times

Press the dough into the mold Or make a cylindrical shape about 4cm in diameter

Place in freezer for 1 hour

Cut to about 1cm thick and place the dough on a teflon-sheet pan

Bake at 170 degrees for 15-18 minutes (baking temperature and time may vary from oven to oven)

Transfer to cooling net and let cool completely
