I'm going to make a fried tofu bag hot pot.
Put the fried tofu bag in the refrigerator, add the cabbage, fish cake, green onions, and mushrooms, and pour the udon dashi in 4 spoons of water, just as you do in shabu-shabu. If you boil it, it's over~^^
Do not freeze fried tofu bags again when using frozen and defrosted meat. When I froze it again, it smelled like pork. If you chop the kimchi and put it in, the spicy one is delicious.
