Break 3 eggs into a bowl and put them in.

Add 100ml of milk

1 tablespoon of sugar

Add 2/3 teaspoon of flavored salt.

Mix it well with chopsticks.

Strain it through a sieve.

Prepare a bowl with a lid that is a little larger than bread and place the egg mixture in the bowl.

Prepare a thick bread that is about 4 to 5cm thick.

Cut the edges of the bread with a knife.

Put bread in a bowl of egg water and wet the egg water.

Turn the bread upside down

Close the lid and leave it in the refrigerator for about 4 to 5 hours

Turn over, cover, and leave in the refrigerator for another 4 to 5 hours.
After about 10 hours, there won't be enough egg water left in the bread.

If you eat French toast with scrambled eggs, it's more filling and delicious.

Turn the gas stove to very low heat and melt it with a spoonful of butter.

Open the lid and turn it upside down.

Cover again and bake on very low heat for another 10 minutes.

Golden brown~ French toast well-cooked inside is done. :)

Melt 1 spoon of butter in a pan, pour egg water, stir with chopsticks to make scrambled eggs.

Turn off the heat when it looks slightly undercooked.

Place French toast on a plate and place it on scrambled eggs.

Sprinkle sugar powder, grind the grapadano cheese powder
Sprinkle the parsley powder and it's done. :)

The finished French toast tastes better with whipped cream or maple syrup. :)
* When roasting toast, leave the heat as low as possible, cover it with a lid, and cook it like steaming :)
