Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Wash the skin clean with a brush.
STEP 2/4
Boil the oysters for about 10 minutes until they open their mouths without pouring water and serve them with red pepper paste.
STEP 3/4
Chop Cheongyangcho and red vinegar and knead them with eggs and starch powder.
STEP 4/4
Pour cooking oil, put the doughy oysters on top of it, grill them back and forth, put them on a plate, and sprinkle sesame salt to complete it.
