  • cooking wine

  • Soy sauce

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Prepare the cabbage without cutting the bottom.
STEP 2/6
Cut dried peppers into appropriate sizes.
STEP 3/6
Put cooking oil in a pan and bake cabbage back and forth over low heat.
STEP 4/6
Add dried red pepper, water, and cooking wine and boil it once.
STEP 5/6
Add soy sauce and sugar as it boils.
STEP 6/6
