Making Yakisoba - First, cut the pork into thin slices and stir-fry it in an oiled pan. Add sliced garlic, a little salt and pepper and stir-fry it.

When the meat is cooked to a certain extent, stir-fry the prepared vegetables (cabbage, onion, carrot, and chives).

Add a little butter to the sandwich bread, bake the inside of the bread in a frying pan until golden brown, and then spread mayonnaise.
