Cooking Steps
STEP 1/24
Prepare 1kg of pork ribs and soak it in cold water for 30 minutes to an hour to drain the blood
STEP 2/24
Put the blood-red ribs in a pot and boil them with enough water to soak the ribs.
STEP 3/24
When the water boils, boil it for about 5 minutes to remove impurities and blood.
STEP 4/24
Rinse the blanched ribs in cold water and drain them with a sieve.
STEP 5/24
Cut large pieces of meat into bite-size pieces with scissors or a knife.
STEP 6/24
Crush the whole garlic with a knife.
STEP 7/24
Please prepare a large pot because it contains about 3L of water.
Stir-fry crushed garlic and a spoonful of whole pepper in a pot.
Stir-fry over medium heat so that it doesn't burn.
STEP 8/24
Stir-fry garlic extract until golden brown.
STEP 9/24
Put the rinsed ribs in cold water and add about 800ml of water.
STEP 10/24
Half a spoon of sugar
STEP 11/24
a spoonful of oyster sauce
STEP 12/24
Add a spoonful and a half of flower salt
STEP 13/24
Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
It's a process to soak the meat in the sauce quickly.
STEP 14/24
Boil for about 10 minutes and add 2L more water.
STEP 15/24
Leave it on high heat and when the soup boils
STEP 16/24
Cover and reduce to low heat and simmer for another 50 minutes.
STEP 17/24
When I ate it after boiling it, I smelled a little bit of pork. So I put in about a teaspoon of ginger powder.
With ginger powder, it catches the smell of pork and makes the soup much better.
I'll taste it again, and if I count, I'll add more water to season it
If it's bland, season it with a little more salt.
STEP 18/24
Sift out the floating peppers like this.
STEP 19/24
Put it on high heat and when the soup boils, remove the oil and it's done with Jongwon Baek pork rib soup. :)
STEP 20/24
Mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl to make a sauce for the meat :)
STEP 21/24
It's a must-have item for short rib soup, right? Cut green onion into small pieces, put it in a container, and mix it a lot when you eat it. :)
STEP 22/24
Like beef rib soup, pork rib soup boiled with only pork ribs, garlic, and pepper without adding radishes, green onions, and onions.
Will it taste good until it boils? I was half-hearted, but the soup was really strong, savory, and savory, so it was more delicious than beef rib soup :)
STEP 23/24
Boil it for a long time and the meat is soft
It tastes better with sauce :)
STEP 24/24
You'll know if you try it, but it's a taste that you can't help but to eat rice!!
It's so good that you can eat two bowls of rice with just one kimchi in pork rib soup.
* I think it would be good to buy pork backbone instead of pork ribs

It's my first time eating pork rib soup, too. It's amazing. It may be because of the assistance of oyster sauce, but it's really delicious. I'm going to put oyster sauce in galbitang from now on. Thanks to the detailed recipe, I cooked it well without getting lost. My husband was very satisfied, too. Thank you + Oh, I was surprised that the meat was softer than I expected.
