STEP 1/7
3 times in running water
Wash while scrubbing. It's good to wash it enough to make it go away
STEP 2/7
Add 3 spoons of flour to the chicken's proximal part after washing it with water, and wash it while rubbing it.
(Flour is good for washing meat or fruits because it adsorbs oil and foreign substances.)
STEP 3/7
Cut the cleanly washed chicken proxies into bite-size pieces. If you open the chicken's proximal flesh, there are three lumps in one set. If you spread it out and cut it vertically, it's good to eat. I cut each piece into 3 pieces You can cut it smaller depending on the size of your proximal muscles If it's too big, my jaw hurts when I eat it
STEP 4/7
Before frying, drain the trimmed chicken's proximal muscles in a strainer for 2 to 3 minutes.
STEP 5/7
Fry in oil for 3 to 4 minutes. (*Frying temperature 160 degrees) I used a fryer If you don't have a fryer, put 2 cups of cooking oil in the pan, fry it over high heat, and remove the oil.
STEP 6/7
Add 3 cups of whole garlic, 0.5 cups of cooking oil, 1 chicken root and 1 green onion and stir-fry over high heat for 3 minutes. (A lot of garlic~)
STEP 7/7
I'm going to start smelling it now. Stir-fry 0.5 cups of soju and add 0.5 cups of sesame oil and 1 spoon of pepper. There's more pepper than I thought. Lastly, add 1/3 spoon of flower salt and 1/3 spoon of flavor salt to season it, and you're done with "fried chicken meat."
Chicken proxies tend to smell a little even if you use fresh products, and the unique scent doesn't go away easily, so I think using a lot of strong garlic or pepper to cover up the uncomfortable scent is the way to make delicious chicken proxies stir-fry.
