Cooking Steps

Prepare bean sprouts by washing them, and you can cut them into long pieces in green onion style, but I cut them round. You can cut the green onions according to your preference. And sliced garlic

Bake pork belly in a pot until golden. To get rid of the greasiness, I put pepper on it. I used to spray it at the end on the show. I cut well-done pork belly into bite-size pieces with scissors.
