STEP 1/13
Please prepare the ingredients.
Sugar is divided into two types: jam sugar and sugar for whipped cream.
STEP 2/13
Let's make jam first!
Because the amount is small, we make it medium-low heat.
(If you want to eat it for a long time, add 1x or 1.5x more sugar.)
Cool the finished jam in a cool place.
STEP 3/13
Put the whipped cream on top.
Add all the sugar and start at the first stage.
STEP 4/13
Raise to 1st tier (low speed) until foam rises and doesn't splash around!
STEP 5/13
If bubbles form and don't splash, proceed at high speed.
STEP 6/13
Lower to medium speed until thickened and whipped.
Animal-grown cream is easy to overdo, so please take a good look!
It took me 4 minutes and 35 seconds to whip 250g
STEP 7/13
Mix 60g whipped cream and 25g blueberry jam. If you mix it too hard, it will separate. (You can add more if you like.)
STEP 8/13
Slice the Genuwaz and prepare it.
STEP 9/13
I'll put the blue beak cream on top of it.
What's important here!
Please icing the bread so that it shows about 1cm.
STEP 10/13
Add blueberry cream to both layers and icing.
STEP 11/13
Icing the outside with regular whipped cream.
The reason why I put on blueberry cream with about 1cm of space is to prevent the white cream and blueberry cream from mixing when Icing the outside.
STEP 12/13
After icing, decorate with a piping tip and piping bag! I added chocolate powder and coloring to make eyes, nose, mouth, and Santa hat
STEP 13/13
I hope you have a happy weekend with sweet and soft blueberry cream cake!^^~
*Try using whipped cream, not whipped cream!
*Eat jam made with the recipe and the same amount of sugar in 5 days!
*It would be nice to use fruits other than blueberries, right??
