It's 1.6kg lamb chops, and it's lamb chops in my 40s. It's perfect for one meal because the four of us grilled it half (20s)
Marinate it all and grill it to the right amount. Wrap the rest of the lamb chops in plastic wrap and freeze them. You can eat it easily without having to marinate next time, you don't need marinade

You only need three things to do marinade.

STEP 3/13
I prepared lamb skewers seasoning for lamb chop sauce.
It's also called tsuran, a red powder given at a lamb skewer store.
The lamb chop sauce is
Prepare tsuran, mint jelly, mustard, teriyaki sauce, etc. to suit your taste.
STEP 4/13
First, place lamb chops in between kitchen towels and press down to drain the blood
STEP 5/13
Put the lamb chops without blood in an airtight container
STEP 6/13
Sprinkle steak seasoning evenly with olive oil and rub it with the back of your hand or spoon to absorb it.
STEP 7/13
Repeat the above process on each floor, stacking lamb ribs, cover, and age in the refrigerator for half a day to one day
STEP 8/13
Before cooking, remove from the refrigerator and leave it at room temperature for 30 minutes, heat the pan with a spoonful of oil, heat it over medium heat, and place the lamb chops on top
STEP 9/13
About 3 minutes later, one side is brown like the picture
Turn it over when it's golden brown
STEP 10/13
Turn it over and cook it on medium heat for 3 more minutes. Reduce the heat to low for 1 or 2 more minutes
STEP 11/13
Poke the middle of the meat with chopsticks
without blood seepage of blood
When you put the poked chopsticks on your lower lip
If the chopsticks are warm, it's cooked well

It's crispy on the outside and soft on the inside

Set it up with a knife and cut it
