Blanch the squid slightly in boiling water.

Please cut the blanched squid into bite-size pieces.

Please cut the whelk into bite-size pieces, too.

Please cut the ingredients such as onion, green onion, garlic, etc.

Grease the pan and stir-fry the garlic first.

Stir-fry garlic well so that it doesn't burn.

When the garlic is cooked yellow, stir-fry the onions.

Add the rest of the ingredients, stir-fry with 2 spoons of canned soup, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, and a pinch of salt & pepper.

You can add or subtract salt and oyster sauce according to your preference.
STEP 10/11
Add the green onions and stir-fry for another 30 to 40 seconds.
STEP 11/11
Lastly, put it on a plate and sprinkle sesame seeds.
Recently, I didn't season it hard to eat it bland. You can add or decrease the amount of salt and oyster sauce according to your personal preference.
