You don't have to stir-fry it for a long time.
It's good to stir-fry it on medium heat.
If you stir-fry it on low heat, it doesn't taste good because the vegetables keep getting water.
After the vegetables are cooked, it tastes good to stir-fry them over medium heat.

Add the sauce and stir-fry it. That's it!
The sauce is dry and thick, so it burns if you stir-fry it on high heat.
Stir-fry over medium heat only so that the sauce and ingredients mix well.
STEP 9/9
Cut the tofu and dry it with a kitchen towel,
