Tofu Pudding - Traveling the World by Cooking (Taiwan)
This is a dessert recipe that I came across while watching a TV program about street snacks in Taiwan~~ I'm so curious It's tofu pudding. The ingredients are easy to get, and if you want an exotic dessert, I recommend tofu pudding that can be made simply!! Let's make a dessert where sweet syrup with the subtle scent of ginger makes the mouth clean!!

Ingredients
  • gelatin
  • potato starch
  • brown sugar
  • Ginger
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
[Making syrup] Add water, brown sugar, and a grain of ginger and boil it. Boil it until it has more ginger flavor.
STEP 2/4
Add gelatin powder, starch, and soy milk and mix well. (Stir well for 1-2 minutes to melt well without lumps) Boil the remaining soy milk in a pot and when the soy milk gets hot, turn off the heat and mix with the dissolved gelatin + soy milk.
STEP 3/4
If you leave it in the refrigerator for more than 2 hours, tofu pudding like soft tofu is complete!!
STEP 4/4
It's a dessert that you pour the ginger syrup you prepared, and pour it enough to eat. (It's sweet if you put in a lot.)
