Cooking Steps: STEP 1/5

Please consider the ratio of 100ml = 100g of meat and add coke.
It's 700g of meat, so I added 700ml of coke.

STEP 2/5

Add the soy sauce ratio in the ratio of coke 3 to soy sauce 1.
I added 700ml of cola and 200ml of soy sauce.

STEP 3/5

Add onion, pepper and garlic together.

STEP 4/5

Bring to a boil over high heat for 10 minutes, then simmer for another 30 minutes over medium heat when it starts to boil. Then, turn off the heat and wait for about 20 minutes.
