Cooking Steps
STEP 1/16
It's 1.2kg of chilled beef ribs for steamed Australian ribs There's a lot of food because it's fat and fresh

Remove all the vegetables

You can drink a clean soup
Cool it down completely like me and remove the coagulated oil
You can have a fresher soup :)

Green onion pine and egg garnish
If you prepare the soaked glass noodles and galbitang seasoned red-pepper sauce
It's a filling Short Rib Soup.

Put sufficiently soaked glass noodles under the bowl
If you put in the boiling galbitang
Even if you don't boil the glass noodles, it cooks well
On top of that, egg garnish, chopped green onion, and pepper
