STEP 1/7
I prepared 280g of 10 tiger prawns. After defrosting, peel off all shrimp so that it is less oily.
STEP 2/7
Put 5T of olive oil, 2t of garlic powder (or a handful of sliced garlic), 2 skewers of red pepper powder (or a moderate amount of pepperoncino), and 2 skewers of salt in a rice cooker and reheat for 9 minutes. You don't have to mix it
STEP 3/7
Trim the shrimp while the olive oil boils. If you cut the shrimp's entire back from head to tail, it has long intestines all the way to the tail. It tastes bitter, so please separate the intestines.
* Some shrimps don't have black intestines
STEP 4/7
Sprinkle the garlic-flavored olive oil with pepper powder. If the seasoning is weak, add another pinch of salt
STEP 5/7
Please put in 10 prawns that have been trimmed. Please reheat it for 9 minutes
*You can make it with mushrooms or baby tomatoes instead of shrimp
STEP 6/7
Done. Sprinkle some parsley
STEP 7/7
Dip bread or baguette into gambas and enjoy. Olive oil has shrimp and garlic in it, so it's really good. You can cook pasta noodles and mix them like aglio e olio
