STEP 1/6
The ingredients are super simple. Fish cake, flour cake, onion, green onion, and sauce that you save in the freezer!!!
STEP 2/6
The sauce is 120ml, and I can't estimate the gram of noodle tteokbokki noodles, so I put it in a measuring cup and it's almost 4 cups? It's a little less..
STEP 3/6
Stir-fry the onions first on a strong heat in the pan with oil, and when the onion has a unique delicious scent and becomes a little transparent, add the long sliced fish cake and stir-fry them together.
STEP 4/6
Stir-fry it for about 5 minutes, add 700ml of rice cake and water, and when it boils up, add the sauce.
STEP 5/6
If you add the sauce and mix it evenly and boil it, you can feel the soup thickening as starch comes out of the rice cakes and fish cakes. If it is boiled down too much, it can be salty, and the soup may seep in and disappear as you eat it, so turn off the heat when appropriate.
STEP 6/6
Turn off the heat and add the prepared chives and sesame salt to complete!!
The used red pepper paste is homemade red pepper paste, and if you use commercial red pepper paste, the seasoning ratio may vary slightly, so you can adjust it to suit your personal taste.
