Beef bulgogi recipe is easy and delicious!

  • Soy sauce

  • Pear juice

  • Sesame oil

  • Sugar

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
I'll make bulgogi sauce first.
Add 5T of soy sauce, 1T of minced garlic, 2T of cooking wine, 1 bag of pear juice, 1T of sesame oil, 1/2T of sugar and mix all ingredients well.
I didn't put much sugar because the used pear juice was high in sugar.
Please refer to this and make the sauce.
STEP 2/8
Please chop the onion and chop the green onion.
STEP 3/8
Please separate the beef into pieces so that the sauce can be cut well.
And cut the large meat into appropriate sizes and mix it in the sauce.
STEP 4/8
Mix meat first, then add onions and green onions and mix.
STEP 5/8
Let the meat ripen for at least an hour so that the seasoning can be cut well.
I aged it for half a day.
STEP 6/8
Stir-fry well-seasoned beef in a heated pan.
STEP 7/8
If the meat is cooked, taste it slightly.
The liver may vary slightly depending on the amount of vegetables or taste, so adjust the insufficient liver with sugar and soy sauce.

Lastly, sprinkle sesame seeds~
