Soy sauce egg rice~! / Butter soy sauce egg rice with soy sauce
You can have a simple meal using the soy sauce made with quail eggs. Do you remember soy sauce egg rice? Sometimes I think of soy sauce egg rice that my mother used to make with soy sauce, fried egg, and sesame oil. Today is butter soy sauce egg rice using the quail egg kkari red pepper jangjorim soup made yesterday.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
As many of you know, I added butter to the soy sauce egg rice that I used to eat a lot in the past. Instead of soy sauce, you put in the soy sauce soup you made yesterday.

Beat one egg into a frying pan and make a fried egg.

Put 1 bowl of soft rice on top,

Put the fried egg on it.

I'll add 1/2 tablespoon of butter. Depending on the amount of rice, it's good to add more butter.

Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of jangjorim soup to suit your taste. Add 3 to 4 pieces of pyeonmae and 1 to 2 chili peppers in the jangjorim with scissors.

If you make soy sauce egg rice with soy sauce rather than regular soy sauce, it tastes much better and delicious. Seeing that my nephew eats well, I think he is the most popular among children.
I didn't take the time to make the sauce, so it was easier to make egg rice with butter soy sauce.
