Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Chop the onion.
STEP 2/9
Chop the green onion.
STEP 3/9
Cut chicken breast into 2 to 3cm thick pieces.
STEP 4/9
Wash and prepare the bean sprouts.
STEP 5/9
Make sauce with oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and peanut sauce.
STEP 6/9
Stir-fry cooking oil and green onions in a frying pan.
STEP 7/9
If you smell green onion, add chicken breast and onion and stir-fry.
STEP 8/9
When the chicken is cooked, add bean sprouts and stir-fry.
STEP 9/9
Add the sauce and stir-fry it.
* Water comes out of the bean sprouts, so you can make the seasoning a little stronger.
