STEP 1/10
Prepare garlic by slicing it at intervals of 0.3cm.

Cut the onions 2x2cm apart and remove the layers by hand.

Cut the yellow paprika and red paprika at 2x2cm intervals, just like onions.

Wipe the mushrooms with a kitchen towel as if to shake off the mess on the outside and divide them into 2~4 pieces depending on the size.

Put 3T of cooking oil in a preheated pan and stir-fry garlic.

When the garlic scent comes up, add onions, yellow paprika, and red paprika and stir-fry.

When onions, yellow paprika, and red paprika begin to cook transparently, add button mushrooms and stir-fry.

When the mushrooms begin to cook, add 2T of oyster sauce and stir-fry.
STEP 9/10
When the mushrooms are cooked properly and all the ingredients and oyster sauce are well matched, add 1T of sesame oil and stir-fry.
STEP 10/10
When the savory scent of sesame oil comes up, sprinkle 1T of roasted sesame seeds to complete the stir-fried mushroom.
I put onions, yellow paprika, and red paprika, but if you have any vegetables at home, it's good to make them instead of the vegetables I put in.
You can adjust the oyster sauce according to the amount of mushrooms you prepared.
If you don't like the scent of oyster sauce, you can add only 1T of oyster sauce and season it with soy sauce and sugar.
Instead of mushrooms, other mushrooms such as pine mushrooms and enoki mushrooms are added and stir-fried with oyster sauce.
