STEP 1/14
Prepare 1/4 cleanly washed onions by slicing them into thin slices.

Cut ham into cubes about 0.5cm x 0.5cm.

If you mix rice, braised onions, scrambled eggs, ham, and mayonnaise, you can enjoy a sweet, soft, and delicious ham mayo over rice.
If there is a lot of mayonnaise, it may become greasy, so please increase or decrease the amount according to your preference based on 1T.
