Cooking Steps
STEP 1/29
Chop the onion into small pieces.
STEP 2/29
Cut mushrooms into bite-size pieces.
STEP 3/29
Chop the garlic into big pieces.
STEP 4/29
Cut bacon into bite-size pieces.
STEP 5/29
There was rice cake for tteokbokki in the refrigerator, so I put it in.
STEP 6/29
Turn the gas stove on low heat and melt 2 spoons of olive oil and 1 spoon of butter.
STEP 7/29
When butter melts, add minced pork and minced garlic.
STEP 8/29
Turn the gas stove to medium heat and stir-fry the meat and garlic.
STEP 9/29
Add two spoons of cooking wine.
STEP 10/29
Stir-fry garlic until golden.
STEP 11/29
Add the rice cake and stir-fry it for 1-2 minutes.
STEP 12/29
Add the rest of the ingredients (bacon, onion, mushroom) as well.
STEP 13/29
Stir-fry over high heat for about 3 minutes.
STEP 14/29
When bacon and meat are golden and vegetables are out of breath, add two cups (400g) of tomato sauce and 1/2 cup of water (80ml).
STEP 15/29
Reduce heat to low and mix well with spoon to mix water, sauce and ingredients.
STEP 16/29
When the sauce boils, break 3 eggs and add them.
STEP 17/29
Add mozzarella cheese to your liking.
I like cheese, so I put in about two handfuls.
STEP 18/29
Cover and wait until cheese melts and egg whites are cooked.
Leave it on low heat for 3 to 5 minutes :)
STEP 19/29
Bake bread to accompany the cheese while it melts.
You can eat bread with anything you have at home, such as bread, baguette, or rye bread. :)
I baked it in a 180 degree oven for about 10 minutes (preheating x).
STEP 20/29
Open the lid to melt the cheese deliciously and turn off the gas stove when the soft-boiled egg is complete.
STEP 21/29
Lastly, sprinkle parsley powder and grind pepper
Grapadano cheese is ground and delicious egg in hell is done :)
STEP 22/29
Plates the finished egg in hell and hot baked bread.
STEP 23/29
If you break the yolk and put it on top of the bread, it's really good.
STEP 24/29
If you have any sauce left, try making tomato risotto too :)
Put a bowl of rice in the remaining sauce
STEP 25/29
Mix it well and stir-fry it.
It's really good even if you eat it like this
STEP 26/29
It's so delicious even if you put a lot of cheese on it and bake it in the oven :)
STEP 27/29
Transfer the tomato risotto to an oven container, put a lot of mozzarella cheese on it, and bake it in a 180-degree oven (preheating x) for 15 minutes
STEP 28/29
It's a risotto made with the remaining sauce, but it's a great menu for a nice meal :)
STEP 29/29
If you eat it when it's warm, it's a delicious tomato risotto that goes really well with the savory sauce and cheese.
Egg in hell and tomato risotto are both so good :)
Make sure to make both and try it!!
* Bacon or minced pork can be replaced with beef or ham. * Use the leftover vegetables in the refrigerator. * It's delicious if you grill it slightly in an air fryer or oven, such as bread or baguette. * If you have spaghetti, boil it a little and eat it with the sauce to make it a delicious tomato spaghetti. * Make a delicious egg-in-hel with various ingredients to suit your taste :)
