Malaxianguo sauce used the well-known Haidilao Malaxianguo sauce
When I opened the Haidilao Malaxianguo sauce, there were two 110g sauces

For vegetables, I prepared 1/2 onion, 1/4 green onion, 150g bok choy, 100g host, 1 bag of enoki mushroom, 100g lotus root, and 1/3 cabbage
I cooked about 10 boiled quail eggs, 100g of fish cake bowl, 90g of Vienna sausage, and 200g of sliced pork belly
You can choose vegetables, meat, etc. according to your preference

Cut bok choy, host, enoki mushroom, lotus root, and cabbage into bite-size pieces
Then blanch the vegetables slightly and wash them

Add 110g of Malaxianguo sauce and stir-fry evenly
If you don't like the taste, you can add a little oyster sauce
