Prepare 1 pack of soft tofu, 2 to 3 shiitake mushrooms, and 1/5 onions.

Bring 500ml of anchovy stock to a boil. If you don't have anchovy broth, you can use rice water instead.

And please trim the shiitake mushrooms and onions in the stew to make it easy to eat.

When the broth starts to boil, add the trimmed mushrooms and onions. When it starts to boil

Add soft tofu and chop twice with a spoon.

Add 3 tablespoons of perilla powder, 1/2 tablespoons of minced garlic, and 1 tablespoon of tuna liquid. Please taste it and add 1 small spoon of salt to suit your taste.
