Prepare cabbage leaves.

Lay down the cabbage leaves and cut them into one leaf size.

Chop the green onions into small pieces.

Shred shiitake mushrooms.

Prepare peperoncino.

Stir-fry chili oil, pepperoncino, green onion, and minced garlic in a pan.
