Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Prepare cabbage leaves.
STEP 2/10
Lay down the cabbage leaves and cut them into one leaf size.

Chop the green onions into small pieces.

Shred shiitake mushrooms.

Prepare peperoncino.
STEP 6/10
Stir-fry chili oil, pepperoncino, green onion, and minced garlic in a pan.

If it smells spicy, add the stem and stir-fry.

When the stem is cooked, add cabbage leaves and shiitake mushrooms.

Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, water, and cooking wine and stir-fry over high heat.
