  • White wine
    100ml
  • Salt
  • ground pepper

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Slice the garlic and chop the onions
Cut the pepperoncino in half and cut the clams in advance
Stir-fry garlic first in a pan covered with olive oil.
STEP 2/6
In the other pan, boil the noodles in advance.
Add 10g of salt per liter and boil for 5 minutes if the noodles are fully cooked for 7 minutes
STEP 3/6
When garlic is half cooked, add chopped onions.
Add pepperoncino until onion is clear
STEP 4/6
Add clams over high heat and stir-fry lightly
STEP 5/6
Add the white wine and let the alcohol evaporate without closing the lid.
Add pepper and stir-fry cooked noodles.
Add a little bit of water to adjust the concentration and taste
