STEP 1/8
Please prepare the ingredients.
- Tear the crab sticks by hand and prepare them in a proper size.
- Beat the eggs and season them with pepper.
- Please cut the green onions and prepare them.
- Mix 1T of starch with 1~2T of water to make starch water.
- Mix 1T of soy sauce and 1/2T of sesame oil and prepare.

Put 400mL of water in a pot and boil the chopped green onions.

When the water boils, add the beaten egg mixture and stir in one direction.

When the eggs are cooked, turn down the heat and remove the foam from time to time.

Remove some foam from the surface, add the torn crab meat right away, and boil for about 1 minute.

Add 1T of soy sauce + 1/2T of sesame oil and mix.

Add the prepared starch water and stir. Boil for another minute or so.
STEP 8/8
If you put it in a bowl to match the viscosity, the soft and light crab egg soup is completed.
You can add or subtract the amount of starch and eat it according to your desired viscosity.
