Eating normal omurice in a special and pretty way!! Egg flower omurice made using Jongwon Baek omurice recipe :)

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/43
First, make omelet rice sauce.
Place 1 spoonful of butter and 1 spoonful of flour in a pan and stir-fry over low heat to make roux.

Lu has to be roasted until it turns brown to have a savory taste, and when you make the sauce, the sauce color comes out dark.

When the brownish roux is complete, pour in a cup of water.

Use a spoon to mix well without clumping water and lu.

Turn off the gas stove for a while and add the rest of the sauce ingredients.

Add a spoonful of vinegar to give it a sour taste.

Add about 1/3 spoon of beef tash.

When all the sauce ingredients are added, turn the gas stove on low heat.
Bring to a boil, stirring with a spoon, to mix the sauce ingredients well.

When you drop it with a spoon, turn off the heat if it drips a little.

Chop the onion into small pieces.

Wash the shrimp several times under running water and drain with a kitchen towel.

Break 5 eggs into a bowl and season with 2/3ts of salt.

Mix it well with chopsticks.

Strain through a sieve to remove the ligaments for a softer eggplant.

Grease pan slightly and wipe lightly with a kitchen towel to ensure minimal oil remains.

Put the gas stove on the lowest heat, scoop egg water with a spoon, put it in a pan, and make a circle with a spoon.
About 6cm in diameter is appropriate.

As shown in the picture, the edges are cooked and when there is a little bit of undercooked egg on top, flip it over. Turn it over and take out the egg garnish right away after 1 second later.
Repeat the above procedure until the egg mixture is gone.

I was disappointed that the number of petals was small because the amount I threw away was about one egg, but you will be able to make a pretty egg flower omurice with 5th revision.

Add 3 spoons of oil to the pan and stir-fry the green onions first over low heat.

Press the completed fried rice into the rice bowl.
