making a simple radish soup
I made radish soup thinking of a simple soup that can be made with leftover radish after making kimchi, but these days, radish is so sweet and delicious that I recommend it as a delicious one-meal soup ^^

Ingredients
  • Radish

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Add water and anchovies for the soup.
There was frozen green onion roots left, so I put one in and boiled it for him.

While boiling the broth, shred the radish.
STEP 3/8
Mix 1 spoon of soy sauce, 2 spoon of sesame oil, and 1 teaspoon of flower salt in the shredded radish.

Cut 1/3 of the green onion and prepare it.
STEP 5/8
Add seasoning and stir-fry the mixed radish over medium heat for about 3 minutes.
STEP 6/8
Pour the stock and bring to a boil and add the minced garlic.
STEP 7/8
Add the green onions and simmer for another 5 minutes.
STEP 8/8
When the radish becomes transparent, the radish soup with a refreshing and clean taste is completed.
You don't have to add minced garlic to your liking.
